I am SO glad we got the power back so I could see what you would be waking us up with today…fabulous photo – three in one dive! Impressive!

Welcome back Mimi. What is it with you and this power thing?

It has been really awful – all of the power lines are above ground, and all of the trees very mature – it’s not a great combination when these big storms come through I guess. And though we’re only 20+ miles outside of DC, our houses are not in a development per se – there’s only 16 of us, so they typically worry about our power last. How’s that for a lengthy explanation to a simple question. Not that I’m frustrated or anything.

Hmmm. And no, your frustration is not apparent to the rest of us. 🙂

I have a friend who is an avian photographer, he amazes me with his patience for shots he takes. This is amazing, and while I love it, it leaves me feeling so unproductive 🙂 Damn.
