I think the chart misrepresents my peaks and valleys. They go much higher. 🙂

So very true! Anticipation of the quarter pounder always overshadowed by the incredible regret you have post consumption. This does not, however, hold true with vanilla shakes, or any of their ice cream products. You can also legitimize a fruit smoothie until you actually look at the calorie count, but it doesn’t have the same sting as the burger. Yes I have a five-year-old. Yes, we go there too much.

Giggling and shaking my head. I can fully embrace many of your indulgences, pal, and be right there with ya (chocolate, caramel, that damned Italian popcorn), but fast food leaves me COLD.

Oh, PLEASE! I’m sure you carefully count how many pieces of that Italian popcorn you put in your mouth. The rest of us gluttons don’t look kindly upon your type. 🙂

Now, now. I’ve been known to get all crazy and just grab a random handful from time to time…. 😉

I bet you noted that occasion in your diary too.

Geesh! I think I’d better toss another recipe for something gooey and chocolate-y in your direction–you’re getting a little prickly. 😉

I think that might just do it. 🙂

Like anyone else, I have a few guilty pleasures, but fast food is not one of them 🙂

Lucky you Debra!
