What an inspiration! I remember the days where we went jogging after watching Rocky. I’m going to put my iPad away a start excercising right away. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. I”m with you Phillipp. I had the same reaction…
That’s it – I’m going to strap on ankle weights and dice some red onions – after I stop dancing to the music. 🙂 Loved it!
You, m’dear, are hysterical! I, too, was inspired. Went and did my time on the ladder (the 21st century’s version of the rack….) 😉
I am SO impressed…I watch people do the ladder and I bow…
Logged 5200 ft. Today–just shy of a mile (5280). Took me an hour and ten. Wheeee…. 🙂
Still laughing about the visual or ankle weights and dicing red onions. And the other one climbing an infinite ladder. Hard to block these images.
It is inspiring indeed. I am now inspired to do some yoga that I do everyday but I wasn’t sure if I am going to be able to do that because of today’s schedule. Thank you!
Thanks Kumar.
Energizing!
It was!
Guys can be so simple. This is the best video ever! Seriously that was fun. Yes, it is time for a workout.

They are and they can be (simple). It was a great compilation…
Kept waiting for Demi Moore’s one-handed push ups in GI Jane … I think that’s the first time I realized just how strong a woman could be as well. I was just happy when I could get past girl push ups!
Ah yes, I forgot about that scene. Would have been a great add to this montage.
Well, should I admit now, after watching all of that…that I only do 20 minutes of yoga exercises every morning? lol! My oldest son has been doing crossfit training though and he is looking pretty inspirational himself. He’s become this totally chiseled, healthy, fit, fantastic looking person. I’m feeling like “could this really be my own son???” I don’t know how he does it. It sounds soooooo difficult. Anyway, thanks David for that inspiration. 🙂
Thanks Carol. I remember the crossfit days. A time in life that unfortunately can’t be pulled forward. 🙂
Fun and motivating….
It was….
The clip from Ratatouille – while it is my all-time favourite animated movie – was definitely a stretch of the theme 🙂
funny, leave it to the piano teacher to pick out the miss/stretch
Great song, loved the first Karate Kid.
Me too…
This is for you….
Had never seen this clip. Bruce Lee is so incredibly agile and quick. “Without a system…without a method, there is no cause.” Thanks for sharing Charlie. Loved it.
I’ve seen all of his movies…Bruce lee was a genius. 🙂
You are welcome sir.
oh! Don’t forget. Tomorrow…My new blog post will be up. I can’t wait for you to read what I have been working on. 🙂 I’m so excited and nervous…:)
I love the cartoons—like there’s any effort required there!
Laughing, in the mind, in the mind
