Rugby, loved the sport.
I’m new to it…and like it.
Great lesson on how to completely intimidate your opponent before the game even begins….good one!
Yes, Men in Red look intimidated and game hasn’t even started.
Reminds me of the end of the movie “Drumline”…gets me going every time I see it (the rest of the movie was meh)…Have a wonderful day..
Yes. Terrific comparison…You too Mimi
Good analogy, Mimi! That’s my favorite part of the movie, too! 🙂
Ah hah, David, you can’t escape from my nominations if you must persist in being the mastermind behind such a quality blog. Today, I’m bestowing upon you “The Inspirational Blog Award”. To learn more about this award, please see my post of 18th May.
Thank you so much Sarah. Not sure I would describe it as mastermind but I appreciate your nomination very much. Thank you!
You knew I would have to comment on this one. Thanks for rekindling fond memories … the haka always sends a tingle down my spine … now, where did I put those tackling bags!
Ahhhh yes, we finally get the New Zealander to make a guest appearance. And I did think of you the moment I found this clip. I agree on tingle down the spine. I’ve watch it 6 or 7 times with the same reaction. Hope you and the family are well.
Reblogged this on Lara: On the Weigh Down and commented:
WAKE UP!! PUT ON YOUR SNEAKERS (AND YOUR CLOTHES!). GET THOSE FEET OUT ON SOME ASPHALT! But first, check out this inspiration video (thanks David!). Off to a workout group. Oh and – I’M UNDER 200 POUNDS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 11 YEARS – CELEBRATE WITH ME FOLKS – WE CAN ALL DO THIS THING!!!
Good for you!
Thanks so much!!
Reminds me of the intimidating effect of the Zulu warriors’ chanting, spear and shield slapping, and foot stomping had on the enemy. Same with the effect the Scottish bagpipes when the clans advanced. They must have had their opponents terrified.
Yes, I would have been (terrified) 🙂
Just love this! I love jubliant, unified team behaviors!
Yes. Get’s your blood pumpin’!
Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog today. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as clean as when I arrived.
Thanks for dropping by Russel.
