  6. Kept waiting for Demi Moore’s one-handed push ups in GI Jane … I think that’s the first time I realized just how strong a woman could be as well. I was just happy when I could get past girl push ups!

  7. Well, should I admit now, after watching all of that…that I only do 20 minutes of yoga exercises every morning? lol! My oldest son has been doing crossfit training though and he is looking pretty inspirational himself. He’s become this totally chiseled, healthy, fit, fantastic looking person. I’m feeling like “could this really be my own son???” I don’t know how he does it. It sounds soooooo difficult. Anyway, thanks David for that inspiration. 🙂
