Perhaps this is a sign of genius…there are so many ideas running around in your head, that they don’t want to be quieted.. Most geniuses are peevish too..and a little neurotic, fretful and dyspeptic. Ok, I might be a bit biased, for I think the world of you, and consider any flaws merely the price you pay for your humanity…That said, I hope you get a good night’s sleep soon…

Wow, I’ll take that and run with it. (Including the good night’s sleep). And by the way, I looked up “peevish.” Yep, that’s me. What’s the word for one who is peevish but not a genius?

I guess sleep walking is a dose of double benefit? You get the benefits of sleep discussed on this post, as well as the healthful benefits that walking can provide. I feel better already.

Being in the military (U.S. Army, 17 years) I can tell you all about being sleepy and what it takes to get yourself motivated to stay awake even longer when needed. My work day starts at 0330 am and ends at 7 pm unless i’m working a 24 hour (which happens at least once a week), and at the end of my days, I usually fall in bed and out like a light. Great post David.
