Lightly Child, Lightly.

In silence which is active, the Inner Light begins to glow – a tiny spark. For the flame to be kindled and to grow, subtle argument and the clamour of our emotions must be stilled

The word born of silence must be received in silence.

  3. Silence is *so* therapeutic, especially in today’s world, where it seems there’s a cacophony of sound everywhere you go. One of the reasons I treasure my early mornings so dearly….

  4. I wonder if it’s a question of
    – getting older or
    – the world getting louder all the time
Which make me treasure the silence so very much, way more than it used to be the case. I don’t find joy any longer in environments heaving with noise, shopping centers, streets & large gatherings, the constant noise is rendering me impatient and moody.
When you pair the word silence with photos like the one above and a text like the one used here it’s just PEACE & wonderful solitude for a short while. It heals and makes me quiet within myself. Beautiful
