Lightly Child, Lightly.

Let me seek then,
the gift of silence and solitude,
where everything I touch is turned into a prayer:
where the sky is my prayer,
the birds are my prayer,if
the wind in the trees is my prayer…

Thomas Merton, Thoughts in Solitude

  6. This leaves me nearly with tears – we had 20cm of snow yesterday…. it was a fairytale story (except for those who were left stranded, damaged, frozen and mangled on all the streets – French don’t do winter equipment!…..) And such a good looking guy too – a double pleasure!
