SMWI*: Feeling large

Notes:

  • SMWI* = Saturday morning workout inspiration.
  • For more background on Totoro and the Japanese animation film, connect here and here. “Totoro is a giant, friendly forest spirit. He spends most of his time sleeping in a hole in a tree. He doesn’t speak, instead communicating by loud bellows.” (My family would concur with this description of me excluding friendly spirit part.)

  4. This does not bode well as we head into a holiday week of eggnog, stuffing and Buche de Noel (although a part of me is jumping up and down and clapping my hands with glee as I imagine your next running post.) This is gonna be epic….😃

  10. That’s an extremely accurate clip for the weather in Oregon as monsoon season is upon us. I was so desparate to move around a little, I jogged inside my 1200 sq ft house today. Yes, feeling large! A little rain is one thing…
