But the pleasant thing is to wake early, throw open the window, and lie reading in bed.

    1. Hi Sylvia. I’m trying to build up a head of steam. I haven’t run in 3 weeks. I have my workout gear next to me next staring me down. If I don’t get going in 45 minutes it’s not going to happen! Let’s see.

  1. Yep, WMS. Only difference, I’m throwing a morning trip to the gym for Bootcamp in, then back home to snuggle in with my book. And DK, if ya don’t feel like running, how about a nice, long walk with Zeke? Also very good exercise, yet not so punishing on the body. Just think, the shiny object at the end of your run is some sort of tasty treat and a nap! And you’ll feel so virtuous! :>

  2. “But the pleasant thing is to wake early, throw open the window, and lie reading in bed.” After throwing the furry alarm clock out of the window…

  3. As I read…I’m tucked in…coffee and blogs. My workout clothes next to me, ready for me to change in to. Bootcamp at 9.Clock counting down…45, 30, 30… Brain trying to solve: should I go or should I stay?!?! Go!!
