  1. wow, my natural instincts were correct. always listen to your body. i am now considered an athlete and should live a very long time –

      1. Well, then I think that when the time comes, you should jog down the steps, run in place while pouring coffee, keep at it through the first section of the New York Times and then jog back upstairs. Fifteen minutes – done.

  2. And the COOLEST thing about research is that next year this will all get scrapped and they’ll prove that playing frisbee is the best exercise for longevity.
