  1. So are they saying 29.7% of runners (who run 10 to 15 min. a day) don’t die? What is a low death rate? Statistics are such fun.

  8. And the COOLEST thing about research is that next year this will all get scrapped and they’ll prove that playing frisbee is the best exercise for longevity.
