So are they saying 29.7% of runners (who run 10 to 15 min. a day) don’t die? What is a low death rate? Statistics are such fun.
I wish they said “that”…
Wow! What’s there not to love!
Exactly!
How amazing, and efficient, is our body…? This is one case where, let’s say, minimum effort = maximum benefit… !
Smiling, love your formula!
wow, my natural instincts were correct. always listen to your body. i am now considered an athlete and should live a very long time –
Ha!
sounds like a really great ‘less is more’ story – maybe I’ll do that short route tomorrow! 🙂
Yes, me too…
I love this too!
David, live longer..choose a shorter route!!
Today, Mimi, that route is quite short. Haven’t been able to get out of bed (yet)
Well, then I think that when the time comes, you should jog down the steps, run in place while pouring coffee, keep at it through the first section of the New York Times and then jog back upstairs. Fifteen minutes – done.
What a great plan!

That’s right Sandy. And as long as the research aligns with my thinking, I will keep loving it…
Cool! What will I do with all that extra time?
Eat!
LOL!
Totally hate running. Totally motivated by the info. Ran yesterday 🙂
Great. Susan (my wife) had similar reaction. Ran 2 days in a row and hadn’t run in 2 years!
