There’s a bagel bakery in Montréal with the oven side open to the street window side. Their whole operation is opened to the street side. It was a block away from school and I always cane home with a bag of hot bagels.
Montréal bagels are different than their New York counterparts, but not to be taken lightly, they’re really good.

Oh, how I would love to smell the fresh baked bread! Since I am Gluten Free I am suffering from bread deficiency…I might be enjoying some gluten free sconce with fresh berries & jam this weekend…

perhaps for fresh caramelized warm cinnamon rolls, YUM. or crusty thick sliced real, french bread, hot, with real butter melting into it…….. add a nice glass of Pinot….
