Awesome – what a tremendous showing and effort!
No kidding. And here I am trying to string 1 consecutive day in a row. Pathetic in comparison, really.
Laughing – you compare yourself to a guy who has been doing this consistently for decades? How about measuring your efforts against someone who a) has the schedule you do and b) beats himself/herself up as much as you do (which in my view qualifies as intense exercise)? Then throw on your sweatpants and pretend you’re “Rocky” running through Philly….
Laughing. I don’t even know WHAT to do with THIS. Still laughing.
FINALLY!!! I am now a top the steps in Philly, fists pumping, Rocky theme song playing in the background – I always feel that way when I make you laugh and speechless in the same breath. And the crowd goes wild.
What IS in your coffee this morning?
Clearly way too much caffeine…
Oh WMS, WMS, WMS! Girlfriend is on a roll this morning! And for the record, I am dyin’ to hear the monologue that issues forth from your “Rocky Run,” illustrated please…. 🙂
Please, don’t encourage her. She is spry this morning.
Spry? More like ‘sassy’ if ya ask me. Giddy up! 🙂
Sassy. Again you find just the right word.

That is quite an accomplishment, but I am sure some days were not as much fun as others and may have ended at 5,281 ft….(with good reason of course) Regardless, an admirable record.
🙂 Yes, incredible. And the man is still going. I hear there is another man from Virginia that is close on his tail…
Bowing down…….
Me too…
let’s put it in perspective:
Baffin Island –
a Canadian island in the Arctic Ocean, between Greenland and N Canada. = 190,000 sq. mi.
Wow, that’s some perspective.
I’ve always said that I will run until I can’t. I love this story, thanks for sharing.
Thanks Carolann…you are in fine company
I don’t know. Is it noble to run with broken bones? That just seems dopey to me.
Laughing.
I am impressed–but how does one run when one has surgery (his hip and knees)–just wondering as I am happy if I make it for a walk on a good day (lol)
I thought about that too…must be sloooow going.
Wow. That’s either very impressive or a little crazy. Maybe both.
Laughing. True Maralee. I’m betting on a little bit of both.
That’s truly amazing!
It is Vicki.
