  1. Is there any data on potential deterioration of brain cells (depending what one is looking for)? Impact on communication skills? Just wondering (actually I really do wonder about the latter).

    1. No. Because you generally the first to comment on my posts each morning. So my brain cells get a power infusion of thought and intelligence that lasts me all day – like a 12-hour energy drink. No deterioration. Just super booster. Period.

      1. good point, i really have to put all of my focus into just staying on any machine i’m working out on, not sure i could multi-task reading and not flying off. sacrifice pride for knowledge? hmmm….

  2. Why do we always have to worry about calories? Can’t we just sit happily in front of our favourite toy and play? We can always go and buy a bigger office chair when we need it.

  3. I think I’ll go to the gym today! First week back from vacation had me at my computer way too many hours. By the way, congratulations on your Biggest Loser Challenge – you are almost to goal! No exercise and chocolate explosions are allowed – just not every day..which reminds me…I’m going to the gym!
