I can't sleep…
Lol! It’s true…and it’s love.
:). Kids don’t think it’s love today but they’ll come to the same conclusion when they sit in our seats
You are absolutely right David… 🙂
Isn’t that the truth!
🙂
Smothering love at times, but it needn’t be that way if the person being worried about would be more conscientious about “checking in.” But again, that’s something the parent has to train the child to do. Lots of hard work!
LIKE!
Yes! Hard work = parenting.
Oh my. So, so true. I remember the rising anger, the fear, the hugs and tears when my worries were unfounded, followed by the anger. I consider myself fortunate it didn’t end with fears realized and hope someday my children can forbive me for my my irrational moments. And look forward to trying to calm them down when it’s their turn to experience those moments.
Yes. We are lived these thoughts and moments with you Laurie
That’s it exactly!
Looking back, it was so easy when they were so little and the only problem was that I didn’t sleep for about 4 years.
This worry is much worse.
Laughing. This too, will, pass.
Interesting how there’s no slow upward trajectory – it’s almost a straight line shot before worry subsumes all else. Yup, that’s parental love.
Yes. Sharp and straight up. Like my blood pressure.
But of course..worry isn’t harmful enough without it taking its toll on as many body parts and systems as possible.
Very true. Are you purposely finding these for me? LoL.
Me too pal.
History repeats itself in every generation and most everything you do, not just in history books that we read in our schools!!!
