My imagination was like follows when I read this:
*Police crash through the door, guns pointing*
“Step away from the computer… put the mouse down where we can see it.”
Too much coffee…

Excellent lesson! Except I find that I do need to return to the computer from time to time to reconnect and share with all of your wonderful thinkers and dreams out here in Cyberville!

Yes Rose, otherwise we’d only have like-kind addicts to communicate with. Do come back. 🙂

Hello Dave,
I would rather say that to you 😉 (adding) you need some human air :p

Sonia, you figured that out, huh?

Yes, because few things are just felt 🙂

I just did this…for 3 days and as much as I thought it would be ‘so hard’ I actually relished in the freedom of not feeling like I had to keep up, keep checking, thinking. My mind was free to just be, relax and be in the moment and enjoy where I was and who I was with. I thought that when I got home yesterday I would plug back in immediately, and instead found that I wanted the rest of the day/night to remain unplugged – a great reminder that it’s not just possible { 🙂 } but a good thing! 🙂

Bonnie, you have reached a higher plane! I expect to see and read a blog post on how you managed to achieve what many of us only aspire to do. 🙂

Haha…no higher plane, just a higher elevation where the cell signals are weak – if at all – and that defy any cellular data plan. I knew going in that there was no other choice but to just let it go – to do anything else would just cause all kinds of angst! 🙂

Probably should have left the laptop at home entirely – but I’ve managed to go for a couple of days completely offline (not entirely by choice!).
We’re all in the same boat here, aren’t we?

I noticed that you were off grid. Missed your comments. Yes, many us of as exactly in the same boat. 🙂

Still laughing!!!
Great graphic. I’m constantly trying to balance how I enrich myself online, and what I do when I’m unplugged. Here is my latest advice, if you care to take a look!
