  1. My imagination was like follows when I read this:
*Police crash through the door, guns pointing*
“Step away from the computer… put the mouse down where we can see it.”
    Too much coffee…

  2. Excellent lesson! Except I find that I do need to return to the computer from time to time to reconnect and share with all of your wonderful thinkers and dreams out here in Cyberville!

  3. I just did this…for 3 days and as much as I thought it would be ‘so hard’ I actually relished in the freedom of not feeling like I had to keep up, keep checking, thinking. My mind was free to just be, relax and be in the moment and enjoy where I was and who I was with. I thought that when I got home yesterday I would plug back in immediately, and instead found that I wanted the rest of the day/night to remain unplugged – a great reminder that it’s not just possible { 🙂 } but a good thing! 🙂

      1. Haha…no higher plane, just a higher elevation where the cell signals are weak – if at all – and that defy any cellular data plan. I knew going in that there was no other choice but to just let it go – to do anything else would just cause all kinds of angst! 🙂

  4. Probably should have left the laptop at home entirely – but I’ve managed to go for a couple of days completely offline (not entirely by choice!).
We’re all in the same boat here, aren’t we?
