Wally’s Great Adventures (48 – ‘mission not impossible’)

(VOLUME UP on VID). hello friends, wally here. all week i’ve been watching dad give sully a peanut butter snack, and what do i get, absolutely nothing. my 10 kazillion smell receptors go wild for that peanut oil smell but dad said no treats until i shape up, and get on the road to show quality, and at the pace i’m going that could be years from now, with my lack of discipline and mom, the world’s biggest softie. that wasn’t nice at all so i barked at dad, and when he left to go upstairs i decided to take matters into my own paws, and i reefed on the towel that was inside sully’s crate, dragged it out, and licked the tiny little morsels of peanut smear that sully left on the towel. i have to say it tasted so good, that little bitty amount of peanut butter, and next time to show dad, i’ll drag that entire crate around the house until i can flip it open on its back…desperate times call for desperate measures. happy monday everyone. yours truly, your peanut-butter-yearning Wally.

  1. Wally, we love seeing you in action!Maybe Dad knows what’s good for you…? Maybe Dad shouldn’t give Sully a treat that he can’t give you…? I can relate to your craving! not for peanut butter…but sometimes I feel that way about sushi…

      1. It’s because Susan babies him. You have to keep the chaos together. Look forward to more training videos. Does Wally jump on you? Jet jumps on my when he wants to play. I taught him down by teaching him up. I tell him to be a tall boy, he jumps on my leg, I scratch his tummy and as he is getting down I tell him good down and snap my fingers. He’s about 99% about getting down. 🙂

    1. The question my daughter asks is why are you giving Sully peanut butter! It’s a routine Sully and I started and impossible to break. We are trying to keep Wally on a dog food only diet while he is still potty training.

  2. I just read about whether it’s good to give dogs peanut butter. It’s the salt in the store-bought stuff that is bad for them, and probably the sugars and hydrogenated fats/oils that are not good for them, so Mimi is right to make it from scratch.
