Steve Fugate lost both his children–his son committed suicide, and his daughter overdosed. Sixty-four years old, Mr. Fugate has walked across the United States seven times to raise awareness for depression and suicide and to inspire people he meets to “love life.”
Stick with it to the end…This Man is something special.
There is only one word that I can think of for the video. Beautiful. :o)

With the most disappointing American Presidential election just 3 days away, the progressive grassroots movement needs therapy. Let this man take you back to the basics, and then inspire you to keep on.
a precious

therapy 🙂
I like what he said about “world peace” (if each person found peace individually, we’d have it everywhere).
So true. If only….
Walk, keep and walking. Spread awareness. Amen.
I mean keep on walking.

Very moving…inspirational and also liked his definition of world peace.

Two minutes into the video, tears started to fall. This man is amazing.
Yes. So agree.
When we create meaning and purpose after tragedy, we heal and find peace within. A Beautiful and inspiring story 🙏🏻
Yes. Appear he and many of us are still searching. Tragedy or not.
I think he knows he is on an important journey and he feels he is honoring his children this way. Does any of us know the destination?
I’m just hoping there is one, less interested in where. 🙂
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for sharing his story.

Thank you. My first thought,
I’d love to meet him, listen, give him a hug.” But, that would be about me and that’s not what he needs. He’s doing what he needs. Thank you.
