Cool! I am a fan of EMDR, I must say.
I’ve never heard of it until now. And I’m now a fan too.
Love to learn something new everyday! Thanks for being my first lesson! Happy Friday to you David!
Me too Yvonne. Thanks. Have a good day.

Thanks for the insight David 🙂
I learned something too Val!
fantastic. probably why they sell the videos of an aquarium in action. pets will even watch these and calm down.
Yes, I didn’t know there was an term for that (videos of an aquarium) but I get it. And agree with it.
I am still watching……………..
LAUGHING. OK LouAnn, you can turn it off now. It’s OK. Go ahead.
do I have to? ommmmmmmmmmm…………
YES!
Cool.
Jeez I needed this today. Now. Rough morning with a half hour of believing my whole purse/wallet had been stolen. It hadn’t and I have it in my possession, but the stress and panic and anxiety…wow. And, and then to see this. Exhale…calm….perfect. You of course could not have known that, but the timing? Perfect.
Wow. I can understand the panic. And I’ve been exactly there with you several times. The relief is coupled with exhaustion – it’s like you’ve worked a full day and 1/2 already and need some R&R. Glad to hear that you “found it”. 🙂 Have a good weekend Bonnie
Ah, relaxation. This is just what I needed today. Thank you.

This is the first time I’ve come across EMDR – must research further!
Thanks for sharing Lauren.
I am awaiting a referral from my psychiatrist to someone who does EMDR. Interesting to see it mentioned here.
