It works!

“If you follow the paintbrush with your eyes while not moving your head, it forces you to use emdr which is a therapeutic technique to calm anxiety/panic. Watching fish swim causes the same effect.”

  11. Jeez I needed this today. Now. Rough morning with a half hour of believing my whole purse/wallet had been stolen. It hadn’t and I have it in my possession, but the stress and panic and anxiety…wow. And, and then to see this. Exhale…calm….perfect. You of course could not have known that, but the timing? Perfect.

    • Wow. I can understand the panic. And I’ve been exactly there with you several times. The relief is coupled with exhaustion – it’s like you’ve worked a full day and 1/2 already and need some R&R. Glad to hear that you “found it”. ๐Ÿ™‚ Have a good weekend Bonnie

  15. I am awaiting a referral from my psychiatrist to someone who does EMDR. Interesting to see it mentioned here.
