I think everyone needs it, and if they think they don’t, they’re probably too hyper and they should have some alone time.

Hi Jenni. I can’t say that she my favorite as I’m not a movie buff and watched little TV growing up (I don’t know her)…but her quote her its mark with me.

Me too…maybe not that every weekend, but every day I crave time alone.
Who are you trying to impress? So you’ve just done it. A little. I guess. Oh, do you know how to play chess?
Refueling? Please do, at my bequest!

And with our crazy, busy lives, alone time seems to be available less and less often. One of my favourite places to go is to the family cottage. No internet access, no cell phone access and enough space that I can curl up with a good book, alone on the couch and yet with a quick glance up, can see the people that make my life so much better.

It is true for me that others drain my energy. Lonetime is needed to refuel.

Yes.
How does one come out and say this without offending others?
Tough one. But necessary. My approach is similar to what is proposed here LaDona: http://davidkanigan.com/2012/07/26/im-not-going-to-do-it-its-not-a-priority/
So your name is David,
