Saturday Morning

I believe the nicest and sweetest days are not those on which anything very splendid or wonderful or exciting happens but just those that bring simple little pleasures, following one another softly, like pearls slipping off a string.

  13. It’s important to enjoy the little things because sometimes, the big things don’t come around that often. If you were to take all of the major events in your life and add them up, chances are that they comprise a small part of your life in terms of time. Most of life is lived in the spaces between the big moments.
