Good cheer to you. With the surnames in my family-tree of Paisley and Malloy you can bet that red hair, freckles, and some will say “long-vision knowing” and Irish blood flows through my family… and my husband’s family has a bonny lass, family member with the name of O’Hearn, a pale skinned, blue eyed, gorgeous auburn, red head… my husband has a pair of those Paul Newman blue eyes….I think that the Irish, dark haired paired with green eyes combo is stunning.

I so agree Christie…hope you are well.

All I need now is a pint, and a viewing of “The Quiet Man,” starring John Wayne and the rest of that great cast. St. Patty’s Day would then be complete.

Last year my Mum did a DNA test to discover our ancestory line. With a German father she thought it would come up strong in Eastern Europe but instead we found out we are 70% Irish! We were all very surprised and glad. I think that is where I get my sense of humor! Don’t you think Mr K? 🙂 Top of the morning to you all. 🙂

Thought you would enjoy this Kevin:
“When anyone asks me about the Irish character, I say look at the trees. Maimed, stark and misshapen, but ferociously tenacious.”
