Living, yielding to the gift of life graced to us ..embracing a full freedom each moment …grateful for each breath & the broad experiences …ebbing and flowing…merging and building.. giving and loving, resting and reflecting…We are all journeying souls, moving forward past this sojourn, toward the light….

I find life many times a spiral. Each turn brings a little more experience, a bit more wisdom, a wider view.
Spiral. Loop. Linear. Downward. Upward. Stasis. And then, voila, a Moment.
