I have friends who practice Ashtanga yoga and regularly do this sort of thing as if it were nothing. It’s inspiring – mesmerizing – depressing – challenging – stupifying – and amazing, all at the same time.

What a shoulder girdle!

Today I was teaching yoga teacher trainees about the shoulder girdle and preventing rotator cuff injuries.
Bottom line is don’t go there!!
