“The total cellular activity in one human body is staggering: one septillion actions at any one moment, a one with twenty-four zeros after it. In a millisecond, our body has undergone ten times more processes than there are stars in the universe”. After learning that, not only do I LOVE my bones, I am in AWE of my body! I’m talking worship here……..

Like the saying about a house…it can be a mess, outdated decor but you can tell when it’s got good bones. We are the same..even when our socks don’t match, or we’re having one of those ‘bad hair days’…we have to feel good in our own bones. Love this.
