Such a “poetic” name for such an icky little (ahem) fixture….

Indeed–what a perfect tweak. 😉

It *does*, however, serve as a strong motivator to suit up for exercise, as I have zero interest in developing such an appendage…

Yes, it does. Strong motivator. Especially when you jump in jeans that fit so well a mere 6 months ago.

Time to pull on the running shoes and grab Zeke’s lead. I’m off to Fusion Circuit in a little while. An hour of cardio, kettle bells, TRX, and whatever else the instructor feels like throwing into the mix. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping. 🙂 make it a great day, my friend….

Wow, how good are these words. How lazy am I? How I’d like to sit on this couch all day today and veg. And your words will be ringing in my ears. Until.I.Get.Off.This.Couch.

You. Can. Do. It. You’ll feel much better afterwards and then you can reward yourself with a delicious afternoon nap! 🙂

Aka: muffin top!

That’s what they call it? How funny.

ah yes, the muffin top, like the sound of huftgold even better, almost sounds like something positive, but really not so much. when you put on those jeans that do indeed fit a big snugger and are congratulating yourself, and really all you’ve done is push all of the excess ‘huft’ up and out and over. physics take over, it all has to go somewhere. )

laughing. just shift it around to fit….

a/k/a muffin top–bought new burgundy jeans but must get rid of a bit of this gold before I can wear them comfortably

Laughing. Funny.

Its funny how the human mind works–the muffin top is the best part of the muffin, huftgold sounds like the prize food, too, getting the “gold” on your hips. Yet, the negative connotation is the result of gaining those prizes. After one of those Fusion Circuit workouts, the prize is eating the huftgold/muffin top. Then a nap 🙂

It is the best part of the muffin. Oxymoron. let’s just go with the eat and nap thing. I’m with you.

oh, goodness, did you have to mention that?! 🙂 THAT is motivation – thank you!

It IS motivation!

Wow. Gold.. who knew?? I like it! Where was this post when I used to look at myself in mirrors from every possible angle and cry like the muffin-topped?? lol
