I saw a woman “crash and burn” at the gym once–she was airborne as she went past. Not pretty….I’m heading to the gym now–think I’ll hit Jacob’s Ladder–it’s safer…. 😉

Hahaha!!! And, ouch, ouch, ouch! I never knew treadmills could be a source of such great amusement. That last guy screaming was really cracking me up. Haha!
