Laughing. Ain’t gonna happen, David. Continue lacing up your running shoes…. 😉
Yep. But we’re all thinkin’ it…
You can do it Dave. Stick with it. Atta boy…
Ahhhh, the gold old proverbial pat on the back. Now, that helps. 🙂
I would love to be able to do that 🙂
Laughing. I bet.
I have to admit that it’s the lacing up the sneakers that makes me pause. But once I get there, I’m so glad I did.
That’s it. Read this post somewhere that if you lay out your work-out clothes next to the bed making it easier for you to get up and take the simple step of putting them on, you have half the battle licked. (I didn’t do this last night)
I try to do this..but honestly, I sigh each time I get to the part where I stare at my sneakers and they lie in wait by the door. I hesitate each time – and then off I go.
Yep. Half the time, I avert my eyes and find the couch.
Laughing – I don’t believe you. I think you get going every opportunity you can, and then beat yourself up for not doing it more often (which is a form of exercise too I think).
It’s good to have you nagging us.
Yep, and I’m good at it.
Davis take it from someone who has tried to get the healthy fit look without the effort, you end up more like a dough boy than beef cake. 🙂
Now this was FUNNY Keith. I’m on my way to meet you…
😆 No pain, no gain.
Or, all pain, all gain – very little forward progress due to heavy calorie consumption intake.
Sorry to say…Run Forrest run!
Yes, like the visual!
Love the clip from Gilmore Girls..and I am like Mimi…once there, so so glad – its the initial wrapping of my brain, around the idea that is most difficult!
Yes Bonnie, it’s taking the first step.
That’s my dream too! lol
Funny. Good luck with that…
