That’s it. Read this post somewhere that if you lay out your work-out clothes next to the bed making it easier for you to get up and take the simple step of putting them on, you have half the battle licked. (I didn’t do this last night)
I try to do this..but honestly, I sigh each time I get to the part where I stare at my sneakers and they lie in wait by the door. I hesitate each time – and then off I go.
Laughing – I don’t believe you. I think you get going every opportunity you can, and then beat yourself up for not doing it more often (which is a form of exercise too I think).
Love the clip from Gilmore Girls..and I am like Mimi…once there, so so glad – its the initial wrapping of my brain, around the idea that is most difficult!
