“BREATHE” from Paul Schneider on Vimeo.
Ok, firstly, there was *blood* on those rings–I work out hard at the gym, but I usually don’t bleed (though I *do* have some nasty bruises from the kettle bells). And the people in this video were MACHINES! Wow! Thinking I need to take another look-see at my “functional workout” routine, grab me a tractor tire or maybe a VW Beetle this morning–wooowah!! 😉
I missed the blood part. I’ll need to watch it yet again. Yes, they are machines…and I had the same reaction after watching the clip – time to step up my game. I don’t have a tractor tire or VW Beetle – just getting at it will be accomplishment enough. 🙂
Looked to me like they were doing interval/Tabata training. http://www.tabataprotocol.com/ i do that a lot these days–ya get a butt-kicking workout that really ramps up your metabolism and it doesn’t take long. Have a great workout, David!
Never heard of it. Looks killer based on post and video. Not sure if I’m motivated or more apt to take a nap after watching.
Oh breathe! That’s what I forgot………not!
Yep, that’s all it takes.
You know, this would have been helpful before I went to my airplane pull this morning..
Airplane pull? Wow. Let me stop right there.
Laughing. Sure, you’ve seen them..it’s a little airplane with a string – kids pull them along the sidewalk.
Ahhh, now that is funny.
Ok after watching that, someone pass me a chair, or on second thought time to rethink my fitness plan..
HILARIOUS. (This coming from one who has spent half the long weekend on the couch)
Looks like my stretching & walking plan ain’t cutting it.
