Figuratively! 🙂

Well then, I hope you figuratively dusted yourself off and started all over again 🙂

Absolutely, today’s another day…

I usually have a pithy, funny response. That isn’t funny.

I couldn’t stop laughing…perhaps because I’ve been there and done exactly that. And managed to get up without injury.

There was a song “Mama Said There’d Be Days Like This”…I wish it hadn’t been that muddied though.

I remember that song. Loved it.

Don’t know if you ever read this to your kids – Judith Viorst’s “Alexander and the No Good, Horrible, Very Bad Day”. I actually kept a copy in my office, for people to borrow when the day was just tanking.

No, afraid not. Or maybe I did and it completely escapes me.

I’d send you my copy, but I still use it. 😉

Been there, done that, got the wet T-shirt

John, you seem to be right with me on many of life’s up and downs. Glad to have a partner on the ride.

Ahh David, this brings to mind the bird of paradise and associated excrement quote. :-/. Sorry you had a bad day–hope today rebounds for the better! 🙂

You know what they say, “We fall down, but we get back up.” Have a good day today!

If high doses of embarrassment hurt, then yes.

You’re the awesome-looking runner leading the pack, right?

Laughing. Nope. The face-plant guy.

Do you think it’s sick or unkind of me to have watched this clip about 50 times? (Don’t answer that.)

If that’s the case, then I have a problem 2x larger than yours. I think you are quite normal.

You can just catch the look on the second green top wearing guy… It looks as though he realises ‘one man has gone down’ and a grin appears on his face… Maybe my imagination however, 20 views and I think I am seeing this right… hahaha… 😉

Laughing. Exactly. Man Down. Man Down. But he doesn’t break his stride in pulling away.

I’m back and laughing my little head off… it is sooooooo funny… 🙂

Now I’m laughing. It is funny.

In a cross country race I have had the shoes sucked off my feet. Archaeologists will one day find the missing shoe well preserved in the mud a thousand years from now.

Funny. And they will ask, what human would have preserved their shoe in mud and for what purpose?
