No. I can’t. I am 10-12 lbs high.
I gained 10 lbs over the holidays and can’t shake it. I’m on an rx not to lose 20 lbs. That still doesn’t get me to the ragne the gov says is the right weight but I like to eat to much to eat like a rabbit
