  • Thank you Darlene and your friend in Kenya. “We left the park and headed for the beach. On the way, we encountered an unusual road obstacle: a herd of camels. Travelled with a herd of goats and a few humans. The animals had taken over the tarmac and weren’t impressed we wanted space to drive by. They eventually moved to the side at a leisurely pace. I’m not sure camels really have any other pace when left to their own devices.”

  8. My friend says that in the north and northeast of Kenya, there are a lot of camels so this is not an unusal sight.

        Thank you! and yes it has already include a bit of Talenti Choc chip Raspberry Gelato and my special breakfast of creamed eggs on toast and 1/2 an apple with almond butter. 1/2 servings of leftover home made crisp with our fresh Tayberries and our frozen blackberries from last summer. & thankfully no triple digit heat!!! I indulge on my Birthday! I hope everyone has a nice evening!
