I try to step outside.
Again, I know that this thread is not a mental health thread, but I see it, take it in, as comfort to my aching heart these days. If you have read some of my posts (a small number, I realize) you may or may not remember that I am writer, dedicated to the aliveness of the morning words. But I am suffering a great hole in my heart these days, empty and aching and making it hard to get to the screen. I am grateful for these posts, even though I don’t often say so…With god’s grace and loving self care, I hope to return…first to the air, and then to the light, and with hope, to the words… with gratitude for the images and the words…

it’s amazing the different colors of sky you have captured over this past year. Sometimes it’s a pinkish color, and today’s photo has a yellow/orange tint to it…
