I consider the light that enters the room in the early hours of the day as a messenger of the sun, a direct voyager, a particle, a wave, who knows, but an object of sorts that left its solar source, covered miles, and landed on my skin. So the universe constantly visits us while waiting for us to reverse that itinerary.

and it is infinitely patient in its wait for us
sure is
Luminous pairing of image and word, pal. 💕 Happy Thursday!
Thank you Lori!
and this is why it feels great to be up before it arrives, and to sit in the dark waiting for it to arrive slowly, filling the room. And same goes for the end of the day, the way it leaves the room.
How would we reverse the itinerary though?
I was hoping you would explain that.
Reblogged this on It Is What It Is and commented:

…we are in outer space 🙂 it’s far out and groovy!
Laughing. We are! It is!
‘to reverse the itinerary’… we are a part of the whole. so we rise to meet the rising sun. this is great food for thought! don’t be surprised if it is shared.
Thank you, friend.
It is! Enjoy Carrie. Thank you.
A little breeze this morning. Nice photo.
Yes. Thank you Anneli.
We reverse this light bouncing itinerary by expanding our light back into nature and to all those we meet. It’s a eternal balance of receiving and giving. ✨💫✨💫✨
OK. Got it. Now to execute.
Reminds me of:
It is not enough to “think positive”; you have to “do positive.” Push hope from theory into practice. Do something today, however small, to light up your own life. Or shine on someone else—the light will reach you, too.
Keep Moving.

Yes perfect 👌
That is PERFECT.
That is PERFECT.
hmmm…. I like the sound of these words.
Now I’m awaiting instructions ‘for us to reverse that itinerary’.
Ha. I was sure you were going to guide the rest of us from your perch.
What’s that now supposed to mean?
I love the idea of the universe constantly visiting. It reminds me that I am, as is everyone and everything on this planet, an essential part of what makes this world turn with such wonder and awe every single moment of every single day.
And… to touch that sun in your photo would melt my heart, not in an Icarus’s wings kind of way, but in an ‘Across the Universe’ song of joy kind of way!

It is mind blowing. Thanks for pointing me to it Louise.
I am en route but shall view it later. Coming from you, I’m sure it’s worth my while. 🙃😍
Gee wizzzz…. Louise, that one comment you mentionned! I looked up the lyrics for non-English natives and I’m blown away once more – how on earth could you find the exactly right and perfect Beatles song to this post?!
Ahh … so calm and inspiring 💛
Beautiful!
Thanks!
