  10. 28 open tabs, although, in my defence, two of Dave’s blog (je ne sais pas pourquoi!) and some for books to consider buying…. and some flats to rent in CH….. and a pod to listen to!

HUGE SMILE here – this is my head, mind, life….. and the MUSIC is always there too!

Thanks a lot. This was ‘the best’ …

Lol! The music is coming from a frozen tab; we need a Task Manager to stop all the ever-clicking cascading processes!

  13. How apt! lol… then realize the connection to meditation: simply quieting all of those tabs…poof…poof…poof!

  16. Oh, I depend on that soundtrack! And most of it came from your recommendations! As for those tabs, the more the merrier!

I make a practice of dating a draft email (at least once a month) titled “Left off”…because I usually have too many tabs open, ha…my record # of tabs minimized at once is about 683! That is what is on the desktop now…Yup and that desk top is from 2005 and it still works (though it will only read a 2gb sd card because of the technology software at the time of its age)…though I use a laptop that was in critical condition and the repair shop agreed not worth repairing…so once again we ventured to the thrift store on Sunday and found a good laptop on half price sticker…so for $85.00 I now have a dependable laptop and I am not going to have more than 12 tabs open at a time & it has an SD slot, the dvd/rw doesn’t work and that is acceptable…We had our daughter look at some computer spec -on a new computer and she said ha, Mom that won’t flow not enough space for your download photos from the internet of lamps…I am sure you never go back at look at your design stuff…ha I usually will look at them once a week….I saw a lamp at the thrift store that I was salivating over though I kept my desire to myself noted the price and said oh so doable esp since I was under budget on the computer…I could just see his eyes rolling if I bought another lamp and the daughter would have Said Really – another lamp…a few days back she handed her dad a lamp that I put in her room she said No enough with the lamps! I even have a lamp or I might have donated it…that was from the home of a former neighbor an Olympian…He won the Boston Marathon once and NYC Marathon several times….I like lamps and light and I try to personally shine my light…

  20. Can’t get over this. Showed to everyone I talked to today.

When it gets to the point where I don’t know where the music coming from I just flip it upside down and pull the battery out. Which is what I’m about to do now!

In reply to your reply…Oh, Dave I disagree I don’t have serious problems I have many interests! My mind is always curious…oh, the intrigue…I just need to make sure to pare down the tabs a BIT..ha ha I think I showed make daily emails drafts with links & details of the tabs I’d like to look at again…

and the reason for email drafts instead of just bookmarking is if the computer dies I can access them (tab links) from my email through another computer…I don’t have a printer for a hard-copy…ps I also have a lot of bookmarks ….I am sure though I’ve never explored that maybe I could some how copy the bookmarks onto a jump drive?

  23. When someone’s mind is like that I go quieter and quieter.
    Why do people do that?
Go meditate I say in myself, but no one listens, so I listen quietly.
