Fantastic. Brought to mind this video of a Maori family greeting a returning loved one in the Auckland airport (can’t remember if you have posted this before or not, DK…if yes, forgive the repeat….) https://youtu.be/N_E3yUjFNmc
How wonderful after “such” a week! [I wondered if DK ever got home yesterday…if away and returning thru the storm] Love the celebration of color,,,and the Maori welcome (tears)!
So Fanciful! a missionary from church was based New Guinea for many years…he’d come state side once a year, until his health made it not possible for him to be overseas…He was working with the people and translating the English Bible, into –not sure which languages… “in In 2006, Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare stated that “Papua New Guinea has 832 living languages (languages, not dialects)” making it the most linguistically diverse place on earth. Its official languages are Tok Pisin, English, Hiri Motu and Papua New Guinean Sign Language.” /// The church community would gather donations from the body of personal care items and they’d be sent overseas…Hydrogen Peroxide was always needed as the villagers were barefoot…
stunning

That would be an intense face to wake up to. Nice close-up, if it’s your work.

Yes. Sure did. Left work early, uncharacteristically brilliant move on my part.
