Lightly child, lightly.

Isn’t it wonderful to be alive?

You know, you can forget all about it.

Then suddenly you remember, and think of all the things you can do. Here I am. I can walk around. I can talk. I can see things and remember things.

I am alive.

How wonderful.

  1. It is so wonderful we are alive.
I slept all night on a sofa at Montréal Neuro Hospital. Yesterday my son had back surgery. He’s the youngest patient by far.

I woke up at 3:15 am to the daughter in the next door room crying. She lost her mom while we were sleeping right next door.

Yes, tonight I remembered I was alive and healthy and blessed and grateful. Son is doing great too. It was a sports injury.
