WMS! I saw the news coverage of this gifting the other day and (a) was distressed by the way that Turkmenistan’s president handed the puppy to Putin by the scruff of his neck, (b) that he gave Putin a puppy. Such a sweet dog, and I immediately thought, “Nooooooooooo!’ Puppy deserves better…
