excellent for digestion. pine is the new quinoa.
Ha!
My 6th grade teacher used to say that “Every day you do not learn something new is a day that you have wasted.” I got that checked off early today.
Smiling. I had same reaction Ray.
Enjoy your meal :o). They do it the same at the zoo in Wuppertal in Germany. It’s amazing that they can chew these stinging needles. Elephants have such soft mouths. I have to wear leather gloves to carry our christmas tree, and even then its tricky.
Hello David. All good wishes for the New Year to you and all your beloved ones.
Hello Christine. Happy New Year to you too. Yes, all of it amazing. I had no idea.
Elephants are indigenous to Africa and India and they eat….pine trees? Things that make ya go hmmmmm…. 😉
That’s right. Pine trees are a delicacy.
Wonderful! I wish there was an elephant nearby to take care of mine. I’m tempted to rent a chipper, set it up in my front yard, and invite all the neighbors to use it. I could get a big pile of fresh mulch!
And lots of new friends too, I guarantee. :o). Make a “chipping-party”. Invite your neigbours, take out a table and some thermos bottles with tea and coffee and very probably you will have a great day. I would come around, but I think, I’m a bit too far away :o(
Sounds like a plan!
Laughing. Chipper creates its own set of noise pollution challenges. 🙂

Smiling … I still have mine out!
Time to haul it out for the elephants!
I wonder if they feed the elephants in the zoos across America discarded pine trees. Interesting fact though. :o)
I hope so!
I read that they like the Fir better than Spruce. :o)
Wow. Another fun fact! 🙂
That must be a real stick to your ribs meal.
