AH: Self-acceptance. If you’re not someone who has a natural and effortless love for yourself, it’s hard to let go of your desire to please other people, and that’s really not an ingredient for a happy life.

Brilliant. Simple. Not always simple to do, but the clarity is there. I agree with Sandy Sue…I am convinced that the Universe continues to present the lesson(s) until we can figure out how to learn what it is we need to know, change, do, etc. Love to see a young woman sharing this message.
