I’ve been in Vancouver attending a conference for the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (an organization that promotes keeping divorcing and families in conflict out of court). So much of what we did this weekend emphasized the importance of self-reflection.
And you see it in the most challenging environments.
True, though it’s easier to expect it of others and harder to do myself.
