  12. Oh, much sympathy for you David. I live with two insomniacs; my dear husband and one of our cats.

    As for myself, I can sleep on a subway 🙂

  13. Two thoughts for you: 1. there is thing called yoga nidra. ever tried it? Every time I take the class at least half the class falls asleep. I can tell you where you can get a tape…or take a class… 2. doctors also have a few tricks they can share! 🙂
