  8. yes, I agree! 🙂 I want less in my home every year, more is suffocating. Also the older I become the more concerned I am at becoming a hoarder. That feeling that if you throw anything away you’ll find you need it. Of course, that is true, you will need it! But – I really don’t want to think like that! 😐

Also I find with writing, less is often more, something that takes a while to learn. It’s odd when you think we arrive in this world with nothing, and we spend years accumulating, only to find we don’t really want that much, and we can’t take any of it with us when we leave. Makes me wonder – what is the mysterious need for more – illusion perhaps?!

  10. I totally agree …have been trying to live this over the last year. It’s a new way and I like it… but requires constant reminders. Constant. The only exception? Naps. 🙂

      • Good for us…not sure what we would do if you didn’t show up each morning. I shudder to think how we could move forward. You’ve conditioned me now. Do you know we working on year 3? You’ve become a ritual. A necessity.

        • When I started reading this I was thinking you were being awfully snarky…You sorta redeemed yourself at the end though (I think). Just call me Pavlov. Though I would prefer not to be a requisite ritual, rather a friend. As for a necessity? Really? Not.
All ’cause I agreed with you all.
