Good Wednesday morning. Here we go with my selections of the inspiring posts of the week…
- Carol @ Radiating Blossom – Flowers @ Words with her sunflower photography up top. Check out more great photos here.
- Anake Goodall with his share 62 of the World’s Most Beautiful Libraries.
- Sandy Sue @ A Mind Divided with her post: A Break in the Weather: “…Earlier in the week I had a Come to Jesus meeting with myself. When the depression bottoms out, all my demons swell up like roadkill on a hot day—gassy and explosive. Out trotted All the Reasons My Life is Shit. I won’t bore you with details, just to say there it is an unholy pantheon of gremlins. And when said pantheon gets gassy and explosive, the splatter perimeter is vast…“
- Christy Boyce @ 77 Ways To Grow with her post: Car Crazies!: “So unexpected. Such a feeling of freedom in an unexpected place. I crank up the music and roll down the windows. I am a Mom with NO KIDS in my car!…“
- Bonnie @ PageKeeper with a birthday tribute to her 94 year old Dad titled: Daisies, Dahlias and Dad. “This man, my father, just celebrated the completion of his 93rd year and the start of his 94th year…We affectionately call him the energizer bunny, having survived more surgeries and near medical misses over the years; including open heart surgery and more nights in ICU than we can count. We are convinced that this man does not know there is an option but to keep on going. He’s not perfect, more than complex, suffers from dementia and the craziness that brings out in a person. But without question, this is a good man. Trustworthy. Solid. Responsible. Respected. Funny. And he loves chocolate. I mean, the man LOVES chocolate. And martinis…” Read more at this link.
- Alex Jones @ The Liberated Way with his post titled: Lesson in Sacredness. “…Spirituality is about being rooted, connected to self, ancestors and nature. You tug at a blade of grass the whole universe is tugging back. Since you are part of the universe, you do harm to an animal, you do harm to yourself; if you ignore the suffering of a living thing, you disconnect yourself from everything…” Read more at this link.
- And finally, from hungariansoul, this photograph to wrap up our Hump Day Inspirations…(I wanna be here!)

🙂 Thanks Lori. I’m afraid if there is a few more Gonzo runs, I won’t be able to move. Trail running tough on ankles and joints. Sweat burn but wow, at great cost. Ran last night on highway. Felt like I was carrying cannon balls….we’re in the tough stretch now…

David, ah David, you made my day..thank you for the generous include in your list this morning. I’ve gotten more out of my visit with my father since writing this post and the dialogue that’s ensued – this is lovely, this being included here. You are a gem. Thank you.

So now I have got to visit 63 places [ 62 libraries + the place in the bottom photo ] and what if I drive my car like the lady in Car Crazies 😉 Sounds cool. Your selections of the inspiring posts of the week is a Bouquet we receive every Wednesday morning. We don’t have the slightest clue how much time of yours it takes to pick up the best flowers from the garden and present it to us. I would like to thank you for that matter 🙂
