So much goodness in the world! 😀
Marion, I had the same reaction when I saw these photos. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Dave
Thank you, Dave. May your holidays be blessed with family, love and joy.

Such human spirit and positivity should spark similar events around the world. Then maybe the world would stop and think about peace for a little while.
I’m with you John. The photos led me to the same line of thinking – what a wonderful sight and experience it would be if this sparked a similar event around the world.
The visual image is amazing!
Yes!
I don’t know… it’s a little creepy. Like seeing a sea of clowns. *shiver*
Laughing…
An amazing sight for the good of a wonderful cause. Love the photo of the child Santa on big Santa’s shoulder. You have brighten my day with these photos.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thanks Francine…they brightened my day too.
Wow! Thats pretty impressive.
Isn’t it though!
Now that’s uplifting, to see so many people doing something meaningful for others at a time of year when consumerism and greed can destroy what’s good.
Yes, I’m with you Sarah.
Yes!!! A post where the snow on the screen makes sense 🙂
Love the baby Sanata.
🙂
Brilliant! What’s with the blue santa outfits?
I am planning to do something in the same spirit on Xmas Day: a swim in the sea (North Atlantic, current sea temperature 50 degrees Farenheit) to raise funds for our local Life Savers. It will have a about 500 swimmers (no wetsuits allowed, lots of Father Christmasses and Neptunes), and several thousand spectators. It is a great feeling when you get out, and knowing that you have done something for others before spending the rest of the day self indulging. It’s also interesting to remind yourself that somewhere deep down you do have great reserves of strength which you do not normally use ( at least lazy people like me don’t 🙂 )
I posted a film about it on YouTube in 2010: Bude Christmas Day Swim 2010.
Sounds like a wonderful event. Thanks for sharing Michael. I’ll check out the video. Thanks for pointing me to it.
Be proud of it.
Yes…
Will the “real” Santa please stand up?
:)!
Oh what a wonderful sight that would be to see.
Yes, be wonderful to be in its midst…
Now that’s a lot of Ho Ho Ho’s.
Yes. I left out some other pictures with Santa holding a beer glass after the run 🙂
Such a sight got to be confusing for a child.
I might kill two birds with one stone by explaining this sight and the ability of Santa to visit 7 billion people in one night using quantum mechanics.
Laughing. Yes.
