  5. LOL – right on the target! But is there a thing as a middle? That is partly introvert and partly extrovert? 😀

  6. I read or watched on Ted or something that the what defines introvert is how you are renewed.
    Are you renewed around people?
    Are you renewed alone?
Yep. I like the after party, dancing too, when I got enough of all the other natural habitat renewal activity, or the lack there of.

    • Yes, I believe it was Susan Cain’s Ted presentation. Yes, it was squarely on point.

      • Yes, thanks for memory jog. Yes, right on point. Your cosmic really added perspective and depth an just the feeling of not being alone all packaged in lightness..Watching that helped me refocus my ways and stop worrying that I’m absolute social sometimes, and wonder what is wrong with me the other times.
thanks for this long and wonderful renewal, so I can get out there and connect again, is my new feeling.

  12. I’m so confused! Can I possibly be a combination of both introvert and extrovert? I love my quiet time, my brain time and would not be able to function without it, but at the same time, thrive on the energy found in a room full of active, engaged people.

  13. Should I be concerned when a cartoon “gets” me … especially when so many around don’t. Danielle is one as well, and it’s interesting(?) to witness her teachers treat it as something requiring correction … can you imagine a classroom of nothing but extroverts?!

  14. The dance off reminds me of something that made me laugh until I was in pleasurable pain today. I decided to energise my singing warming-up exercises by dancing around at the same time. The dog joined in and started leaping about like a loon, rushing around with her toys and shaking them about. Then when I tried to sing a scale or two, lying on my back on the floor, she started walking backwards and forwards, stepping over me while sticking her cold nose and whiskers in my face.

All the laughter worked, as the singing session went extremely well afterwards. I wish I could be that extrovert in front of people.
